You caught me. I wanted to grope you twice as much as would have been implied by only posting once. It's the perfume. Gets me every time.

The Weeg will be leaving town for two weeks for a swing across the east coast. Although, I'll be online periodically, I will miss all my monsoonettes terribly.

You'll be in DC won't you? and you didn't tell me. OH that's shameful. Not to personally deliver my Monsoon.

In Baltimore actually, Meliss. Would be happy to have lunch if you're available. Email the only account I can seem to check while on the road.

Lucky!

Hey, can you do me a favor? Can you wear big shoes when you go out to meet the Weeg? I remember from the height thread that you're 5'10", right? Just do it, please.

Sorry, short girl syndrome will stop showing through.

Weeg- I'm still dissapointed that there is no cool status above 200 posts. Darn you.

And a recommendation for your overhaul on the site, make the font bigger. I cannot stress that necessity enough. My eyes beg you to do that.

Kand,

How many posts you on now? I may have to go ahead and bump you up.

And yeah, I'll be asking the designer about fixing that small type. You're not the first person to say so.

The Weeg has two more stops left on his tour. Successful weekend in Baltimore but barely ventured out anywhere beyond wedding who ha which is why he did not contact anyone. No offense taken, I hope, Meliss.

Heya Monsooners!

Today in science we were learning about weather, and we talked about monsoons, and I thought about y'all.

Since we are all talking about weather... Lately here in CT, the clouds have been filling me with fantasies of dragons and castles from far off.
Then today this bizarro story blurb popped into my head. Here it is.

"I think sometimes when the sky turn dark and thick but no rain aint coming, that its secretly spitting dust rhinos and dust bunnies out the sky. Either something come storming outta those fancy dark clouds. The wind looks mighty pissed, cause from where I'm standing, its rain or nothing, Chicken. The crops are due, so pay up."

He pushed the chicken with his boot. It looked at him, turned around, and the sky began shooting water.

"I'll say," he said taking off his cap to scratch his bald head, "That's one fine chicken."

----
Now I think I'll start a story called Tom John Rugby & The Magickal Chicken. I know I need to get out more.

We're talking about like weather weather right? Not the naughty kind that gets brought up here in Da Oda?

I'm slacking at the cb forums. I go and read and just leave. I'm silly.

furthermore, in terms of monsoons, there's alot of real dark rain clouds overhead, but not a drop for me :P

I'm so bored right now that I'm doing my bored dance. It consists of my drooping my shoulders, jiggling my arms and legs, and whining.

Today, the traffic was so bad on the freeway that I was going faster on the on and off ramps than on the freeway. But on the way home (from running errands) I had open highway. Hello speeding.

I was watching the movie "Indochine" about Indochina! in French. And there was a line about getting out of the monsoon and I bust up laughing, and then everyone thought that I was weird. I can't explain it though! You just have to know.

I just had the best weekend ever.

On Saturday, I met my friends and then we headed off to the beach. In San Diego. A 1.5 hr drive. The drive was so beautiful. It was overcast and started to drizzle a few times, but it was amazing. The water wasn't cold at all. It was normal southern california ocean temp. And I prefer a cold ocean. When I was in the Gulf it was too warm for me. The water would have been nicer if I wasn't sick (cold), but I still had a great time. Then we crashed at my friend's sister's house. This morning we drove back, hung out in my car, then went to a shindig for the seniors of the Harlequin club (all officers have to go). That was fun, and good eating.

Oh yeah, go me with the mad socializing skillz.

This moving thing is not going so well. We had to push the closing date back a week from the original time, because our buyer hadn't gotten everything finished. He needed the extra time; we gave it. Simple. We find out yesterday that we'll need another week, too. Tell the guy this, and he starts pitching a fit - apparently he feels that he has to get this place fixed up in a hurry because he wants it rented out soon. Why so soon? He has to go to Honduras, get his boat, and bring it back to Tampa. And he's afraid of hurricane season.

His boat, y'all. We're getting grief because of a boat. I can't freaking believe it.

Hmmm. No Bartender. Any other underagers out there to sling drinks for us?

In the meantime, the papaya king is banging his staff on the floor. The Weeg is back home. Some fairly heavy rain for a few days but now back to normal.

So it goes.
